Return and Refund Policy

At VRISHTA, we believe in ensuring a seamless and trusted shopping experience. While we take immense pride in crafting high-quality products, we understand that returns or exchanges may occasionally be necessary. Please review the details below to familiarize yourself with our return and refund process.

Important Guidelines

  • Unboxing Video Requirement: To claim a missing/defective product, an unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
  • Non-Refundable Orders: Partially paid orders rejected by the customer are non-refundable.
  • Easy Reverse Pick-Up: We offer fast and hassle-free reverse pick-up services from your delivery address for exchanges and returns.
  • 100% Buyer Protection: In the rare event of a product defect, you are eligible for a free exchange.
  • Normal wear & tear is not covered under returns or warranty.

  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, exposure to chemicals, water, perfume, or improper handling is not eligible for return or replacement.

  • Only items received damaged in transit or incorrect items (if reported within 24–48 hours with proof) may be reviewed on a case-to-case basis.
  • In traditional astrology and crystal-healing practices, once a crystal is worn it is believed to become energetically aligned with that person and should not be passed to someone else. For this reason, used crystals and crystal jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Many of our crystals and gemstones are ritually cleansed and energised for the specific customer who orders them through prepaid. Once this process is completed, the product is considered personal and cannot be reused for another customer. Therefore, prepaid orders for energised crystals are not eligible for cancellation or refund. 
  • If an order is returned to us due to buyer-related issues, such as an incomplete/incorrect address, not being available at the time of delivery, refusal to accept the parcel, or any other reason from the customer’s end, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. You can choose between:
    • A refund to any of the payment method will be provided.
    • A store credit redeemable for 180 days.

Process Details:

  • The return or exchange can be processed only once per order.
  • Products that cannot be returned include:
    •  Jewellery, Stone products. 
    • Edibles, candles, books, etc.
